Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

To return an item purchased from www.the-blackberry.com, please print out our returns form and return it along with your purchase to the address at the bottom of the form. You can print the form by clicking this link: Returns Form (opens in new window).

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.the-blackberry.com, if you are not 100% happy for any reason please return your purchase within 28 days of receipt.

Once we receive your item(s) in their original saleable condition we will refund your order (less postage) within 30 days.

Please note that Made to Measure items are excluded from this returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights).

What is your refunds policy?

If your item has not been shipped we will refund the full amount paid.

If you are returning an item for a refund please return your item with 28 days of receipt, if it is returned in its original saleable condition we will refund the full cost of the item less postage and packing.

If your order was dispatched with free postage, standard postage will be deducted from any refund issued.

If the returned item is returned in a damaged condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or give a partial refund depending on the condition of the item and if it can be resold (if a refund is refused, return postage back to the customer is the customers responsibility).

What is your exchanges policy?

We offer two methods of exchange:

Speed Exchange:

1: call us on 0207 9938 009 or email us through our contact us page
2: tell us which item you wish to exchange with
3: pay the full price of the replacement item
4: we will send out your replacement item straight away with free standard postage
5: you return your original item for a refund

Normal Exchange:

1: return your item in the post specifying on the returns form which item you wish to exchange with
2: when we receive your return and it is processed we send out your replacement item with free standard postage (if it is still in stock)
3: if the exchange item is more expensive you need to pay the difference, if it is less we refund the difference

Please note that international customers will need to pay return postage at the advertised rate for the replacement item for all exchanges.

All exchanges are subject to the replacement item being available and in stock.
