Christmas Delivery Times:
Order in time for Christmas. Below are the latest dates that an order can be placed for delivery to arrive in time for Christmas.
UK Standard Delivery: Last Order Date - 20th December
UK Priority Delivery: Last Order Date - 10am 22nd December
Western Europe: 10th December
USA & Canada: 9th December
Rest of World: 3rd December
Delivery times:
UK Standard Delivery: Standard dispatch times are within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. If ordered on a weekend or Bank Holiday the order will be treated as being placed on the next working day. Normal delivery times are 2-3 working days.
UK Priority Delivery: If your order is completed before 10:00am Monday to Thursday and you selected this option your order will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. If ordered on a weekend or Bank Holiday it will be dispatched on the next working day for Next Day Delivery. Please note that Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed
for Saturday delivery.
International Standard Recorded: For all orders where the delivery address is outside the UK they will all be dispatched by International Recorded Delivery. Normal Delivery timescales are:
Europe: 4 - 6 working days.
Rest of the World: 6 - 9 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, we will ship to almost any country worldwide. If your country is not listed at the checkout then we don't ship to that country. Please note that you may have to pay Import Duty and VAT at Customs before you can collect your purchase. We have no control over this and can not comment on any likely charges that you may incur.
Can you ship to a different address other than the billing address?
At present we can only ship to the card holders billing address specified, the invoice will be included with the delivery. This is to help prevent against credit card fraud.
Can you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes, this is the same cost as shipping to the UK.
Is shipping included in the price of the item?
Shipping is not included in the price of the item unless specifically stated.
How do you calculate shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated using the above shipping table, unless we have a promotion running in which case it may be calculated by another method. It is automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping costs can be seen in the table above.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours after payment has been made. If you select Next Day Delivery as your shipping method at checkout and your order and payment is received by 10:00am Monday to Thursday we will dispatch your order the same day for next day delivery.
What methods of shipping do you use?
Depending on the size of the order your item may be dispatched by a variety of methods. Such as First Class Recorded, Special Delivery, Next Day Courier, International Signed For Delivery. The method of delivery will depend on the chosen delivery option at checkout. Some methods of shipping are only available for certain destinations. First Class Recorded, Special Delivery, Next Day Courier and International Signed For Delivery require a signature on delivery and are insured. International Economy is not insured and sent un-recorded, items sent by this method are sent at customers own risk.
Will I get a confirmation that my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you supplied when you placed your order as soon as we dispatch your order.
Can I get free shipping?
All orders will automatically qualify for free shipping to the UK with Standard Delivery.
