Returns, Refunds
To return an item purchased from www.the-blackberry.com, please fill out the returns form enclosed with your purchase and return it along with your purchase using the attached returns address label.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.the-blackberry.com, if you are not 100% happy for any reason please return your purchase within 28 days of receipt using the enclosed returns form with your purchase.
Once we receive your item(s) in their original saleable condition we will refund your order (less postage) within 30 days.
Please note that Made to Measure items are excluded from this returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights).
What is your refunds policy?
If your item has not been shipped we will refund the full amount paid.
If you are returning an item for a refund please return your item with 28 days of receipt, if it is returned in its original saleable condition we will refund the full cost of the item less postage and packing.
If your order was dispatched with free postage, standard postage of £3.95 will be deducted from any refund issued.
If the returned item is returned in a damaged condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or give a partial refund depending on the condition of the item and if it can be resold (if a refund is refused, return postage back to the customer is the customers responsibility).
