Ordering Questions

What is the shipping address and billing address?

The shipping address is where you would like your order delivered to. The billing address is the address to which the credit/debit card is registered, the billing address must match the address of the credit/debit card otherwise the payment will not be accepted. Please note that at present we can only dispatch goods to the billing address.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept the following payment methods:

Credit / Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta / Electron, Solo and UK Maestro
PayPal
Google Checkout
UK Postal Orders
UK BACS

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including international cards as follows: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta / Electron, Solo and UK Maestro, all card details are taken over 100% secure encrypted pages signed by Verisign (the worlds most trusted SSL certificating authority)

When will my credit/debit card be billed?

Your card will be billed when you place your order. We may also do additional fraud checks on your card to ensure the card being used is valid.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All prices displayed included VAT at 17.5%, depending on final destination of your purchase you may or may not have to pay VAT, this is calculated automatically at checkout.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes, it is 100% safe to shop online with BlackBerry. All sensitive information is taken over over encrypted secure pages (SSL) showing the padlock symbol at the bottom right on your web browser and signed by Verisign, the worlds most trusted SSL Certificating Authority and we guarantee our site to be 100% secure. We comply fully with the Data Protection act and will never reveal your details to any 3rd parties.

How do I order a Made to Measure item?

Several of our designs can be Made to Measure, if an item is being offered as a Made to Measure item it will have this option on the drop down size selector for that item. Simply select the Made to Measure option on the size selector and complete your checkout as normal. Once you have purchased the item please email us with your measurements, bust, waist, hips, height and we will have your purchase Made to Measure.

I have a promotion code, how do I use this?

If you have a promotion code you can enter this on the last page of the checkout on the 'Place Order' page. You can only use one promotion code at a time, if a promotion if already applied to your order and you enter a new code, the new promotion will override the previous one.

Can I cancel / change my order?

We can cancel your order only if it is has not been dispatched yet. Once the order has been placed we are not able to change the order, it must be cancelled and a new order placed. To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. Please note that Made to Measure items can not be cancelled once your order has been processed.

Out of stock items / backordered items?

As all items are made in limited quantities they can become out of stock quite quickly, once they are out of stock we will not be having them again. The exception to this are items labelled as 'Backordered', these items are currently out of stock but still available for purchase, once they are back in stock your order will be processed.
